Moved to True Key for better support.
Jive is the name of the software that this community uses.
In what way is True Key not always working?
Maybe someone will be able to suggest a fix although I personally don't have an answer for you.
There is a feedback forum here: https://feedback.truekey.com/truekey
This may also help: https://help.truekey.com/hc/en-us
My ISP crashed just as I was going to amend the above post.
If you are talking about True Key and logging into this community then there is a problem, but it's with Jive not True Key.
We all experience problems with this site appearing logged in when it actually isn't.
No kidding, I'm asked to log in twice however it usually uses my face to log me in, Where can I find the Logins that are not in the dashboard? Thanks
Depends on your browser but I look them up in Firefox, Tools/Options/Security > Saved Logins.
Not sure where in that software though. You'd have to check the help: https://help.truekey.com/hc/en-us
Would assume the browser keeps the typed ones also.
Do you have to pay extra for Premium, you mean turn on save logins in FireFox?
I don't have it installed but the free version has a limit on how many passwords can be stored I believe.
I have no idea how it relates to a browser so you'd have to contact Technical Support: True Key Support
I have Logins that work o.k. in True Key, However I can't find the Login space, Thanks
Ask support then. Sorry I'm pretty useless with this application.

For Freemium subscription you can save only 15 logins however when you upgrade to Premium you should be able to save any number for login credentials. To check this
1.Open True Key Dashboard
2. Click your profile and scroll down to see the subscription type
