Upgrade ePO 4.6.7 to ePO 5.1.1

Like the title says, I am trying to upgrade ePO 4.6.7 to ePO 5.1.1 and it is failing part-way through the installation.

The server is Windows 2008 R2 x64 and it is running on a newly upgraded SQL 2008 R2 Express internal database (was 2005 Express).

Below are my errors. I've tried searching around, but haven't found anything that correctly matches.
