Moved from Consumer to Business > VirusScan Enterprise for better support

We have training posted on an McAfee Enterprise protected Word Press site. Security has been increased recently. Now the hyperlinks to the .zip files created by Articulate will no longer extract to open the training.
OK, so your host and local systems are protected by VSE and your Security/Network Administrators 'increased' security by tightening protection. Sounds like this change restricted what is allowed to be opened or extracted in the TEMP and the local USER profile directories, which is intended minimize many newer (ransomware?) exposures.
I have no direct experience with Articulate (Presenter?), so is it possible to change where extraction of the presentation takes place? (Changing settings here may help the situation.)
Have you informed your Security/Network Administrators about the problem, and are they willing to work to improve the situation? (Changes within Articulate extraction, coupled with slight changes in security settings may help.)
What does the local Access Protection Log state? Look for entries that occur at or around the time of 'extraction' and report these back here. It may help us understand better what is happening and how we can help further.
(Open the local VirusScan Console > Right Click on Access Protection > View Log. Post the recent and relevant entries here.)
