What operating system is this and is it totally up to date, including Internet Explorer, even if you never use it ?
Is (Oracle) Java and (Adobe) Flash up to date?
What other security software is there already installed? Uninstall any antivirus using whatever removal tool is available at their website.
Try uninstalling all McAfee products via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Run the MCPR cleanup tool and reboot.
Try reinstalling from the online account.
If the problem continues, contact Technical Support directly.

I have checked Your sugestion - instalation was compleated without problems,
I have installed Java and Adobe Flash and all was ok,
So - problem solved, thanks one more time,
