We can't help with malware removal in these forums, you will have to read the link I posted, in particular the BleepingComputer forums one and follow the links there. They specialize in malware removal.
In the case of any Ransomware - at the first hint do not EVER touch any keys or click the mouse, power completely off using the power switch. Better to lose what's on your desktop than your entire personal files.
Reboot into Safe Mode and then initiate System Restore to go back to before it happened.
If successful, temporarily turn System Restore off to clear the infected restore point.
If not successful. then follow the advice given on the BleepingComputer page or read the last link below.
