Is this supplied by your ISP/PC maker or did you get it from Mcafee?
I would first wait a day and retry as servers sometimes do go down
I believe you might have subscribed for Optimum mcafee multi access through optimum online.
Are you getting any sort of error code when you try to download, like error0, error 12152, etc.
Please mention whether you are trying to download the program through optimum online website or through direct McAfee website.
If you are getting errors when you download it through Optimum online, that could be a possible issue with their download server.
As Colleague Peacekeeper asked, was the OP Subscription purchased 'Directly' from McAfee? Or through an ISP/Manufacturer. One should only attempt to Download/Install from McAfee's server only if purchased directly from McAfee.
This could be determined by the Affld # of the Version /Build of the Software product. For they vary. Purchased directly from McAfee one should have a Affld # 0.
You are right, for this issue AffId# can be anything other than 0. If we download partners product through McAfee server that would ended up getting updates issues in future. But what is the solution for this issue if they can not download it from optimum online website. If there is any specific error codes it would be easy to suggest a work around. Example. If there is any error codes like Error0 or Error 12152 it might get fixed by unchecking the CCC options in IE Advanced option. More over if proxy options is checked they may get download issues. Probing is very important to narrow down options.
