I have a client machine (Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit) on which a particular user cannot access the FRP key. It has been manually assigned to the user in ePO, and the assignment task was successful. The problem persists. The ePO version is 5.3.1; the Agent version is 184.108.40.206, and the FRP version is 220.127.116.11. There does not appear to be any communication issues between the client machine and ePO. We have tried reloading the OS keys on the affected system per KB85807 (reference #1059430) with no luck either. Does anyone have any further suggestions?
