Until someone picks this thread up with the expertize and knowledge to assist you. All I can suggest is to try Calling/Contacting Intel® Anti-Theft Service (Intel® AT Service) — Telephone Support for the Intel® Anti-Theft Service Provided by McAfee.
It is my understanding that 'Anti-Theft' was discontinued in July 2012.
Effective July 10, 2012, McAfee Anti-Theft is discontinued but support is still available for the product.
Further support available through Technical Support.
