You need to configure your installation string to not install the Outlook add-in.
Start around page 16. There's a REMOVE option for the install string which will force the VSE installer not to install the Outlook add-in. However, you cannot remove the Outlook add-in without uninstall and reinstall VSE completely.
I have, in the past, gotten an applet from support that was able to remove the Outlook and Lotus Notes add-ins without forcing an uninstallation and reinstallation of the product. However, I do understand that they are retiring the use of these applets and may not be able to provide them to you, even with a support case.

But it's the only solution ? We don't want to uninstall this add-in, I don't know why McAfee don't propose a fix for that...
We're running a scanner on the Exchange side, so we just uninstall the Outlook add-on since we've had some issues with it in the past.

Maybe you'd be better off just opening a support case to figure out whether or not there's an easier fix for your issue?
