    Unable to connect to outbound server


      We have an Exchange 2007 server which is no longer able to send email through MXLogic's outbound smart host. We are receiving the following error on the next hop domain (outbound.mxlogic.net):


      Primary target IP address responded with "421 4.2.1 Unable to connect." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternative hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts

      We did recently change our DNS host and name servers. I am assuming this may have something to do with the issue, but I'm not exactly sure what. Our outbound server addresses have not changed, and are configured correctly in MXLogic. Could it be a reverse DNS issue? TIA
