Follow this link you will need to disable real time scanning and then restore the file and zip it as described and email it. If you do it correctly you will get a reply with an analysis id number post that here and if no fix in 4 days ask and we will escalate the detection.
I have sent an email however I have a GMail address and it will not let me send zip files as attachments.

What I have done is sent an email to that address with a link to where I uploaded my files to a hosting website. The website that I have chosen is located here: http://www.filehosting.org/
I hope this is acceptable if not is there anything short of making a new email address somewhere else that I can do to submit these files?

I wasn't sure if I should just give you the single executable file so I have made two separate zip files containing additional files if necessary.

They seem to determine it is malware and not Artemis ie Artemis is used to describe new detections. I will escalate this

Well I emailed them but usually the message says inconclusive and sending for a manual check. This message I got does not and was clear they feel it was a malware so I escalated the issue to the mid level support in the virus labs. If I have not posted back in 3 days post back and I will chase things up further. Remember it is the weekend so they may not be working.
I will keep checking back here for a response.
