Moved this provisionally to SaaS Email Security for faster support.
Most likely something changed in DNS when you updated your MX records or there may be problem with your DNS host. Deleting the domain should not be necessary.
Thank you guys for your replay.
please note that I didn't change MX records from hosting side, I just registered with SaaS service and entered our domain details.
I followed the instruction in the following link to find a solution and it mentioned that deleting domain will be on;y through McAfee SaaS support provider:
any help please.?
If you didn't change MX, it would have no bearing on your email routing. I would look at your DNS and or hosting services regarding your resolve of your website and email. In addition, you may also want to know that Intel has placed the SaaS email security services into end-of-life. See this service alert here. any one can help or guide me in how to delete the domain name as I am trying since morning with hosting and email providers to solve the problem but without any result.

You will need to contact your support team to request deletion of a domain. Although, as Frank mentioned, if you did not direct your MX Records to SaaS, there is nothing that would affect your mail flow.
