    SIEM ESM - Content Pack are not visible & Limited period license




      I am configuring McAfee SIEM from scratch. I have just received the new appliances. I have 2 ESM appliances. I carried out Rules update on using different method for each one of them.


      1) I updated the Rules on one appliance using internet connection.

      2) On the other ESM, I downloaded the Rules file (approximately 143 MB)  manually and then updated it by upload method.


      But after using both methods, I do not see available content packs in list.


      Secondly, Both ESM show License expiry days. How to activate license manually. I did not have Customer-id & Password with me when I first configured both ESMs.


      Please help me resolving the issues.
