22 Oct 2015 we upgrade our ESM,ERC and ELM to latest version 9.5.0 MR8. After Upgrade our Active Directory,DDI,Trend Micro Control Manager Data Sources is not receiving the logs. We escalate the same to support and they observed WMI services are not running. Once they restarted the service, then we will start getting the logs.
