Hi, I noticed you are working on a pretty old version of the McAfee agent 184.108.40.2067.
I am testing DLP 10 P1 and don't have this problem with agent 220.127.116.118. (or 18.104.22.1683).
It may not be agent related, but if you have newer agents deployed on other systems, you may want to check if the problem exists on those clients ?
