Follow these steps for result:
login on mcafee epo server>>Menu>>Data Protection>>DLP incident manager>>Action>>Filter>>Edit filter>>Choose filter>>Update filter..
Hope you are doing Best,but crosscheck it..
If it is not happening still than remove all the fileters and readd it again...

I already have followed that options too, but result is same.
Nothing happen on screen after pressing "Update Filter" button.
Can u provide me logs for same.

Moving this to EPO area
As per discussion with McAfee support team, this is an known reported issue in DLP 9.3.300.31.
To resolve the same I have to upgrade it to 9.3.500.x version.
