    1 User not communicating in Protection Pilot

      Yet the user is still showing as Online. (but showing red in the product version, DAT) its out of date I guess.

      If I click on the user to see the Computer Conditions (i.e. os type, ip address, etc) it says the last contact was about 6 months ago...:eek:

      But if I click on Agent Log for this client PC it says it is up-to-date showing updates installed etc to the present date!:confused:

      I have tried redeploying the agent software, application on the client pc still does not sort itself out, yet the Agent Log shows its all successful?

      Question is which do I beleive? is it updating or not? :(
