Please follow these Guidelines/Instructions What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal
After a successful submission, you should receive a confirmation from McAfee Labs. Associated with it will be a Analysis ID#. Please allow 4-5 business days for it to be analyzed/processed. ( Remember this is a Long Holiday Weekend ) If your issues are not resolved by that time. Kindly post back the Analysis ID# and we can contact a Lab Tech on your behalf, and quite possibly expedite the process.

I have the same problem
have the same problem and have submitted to McAfee labs
hi - zip and password protect what? I sent an email with the header False Artemis!8C04216E4CFA as instructed in the guidelines. I have not received an analysis ID but am taking into consideration it is Sunday and a long weekend
Please read :
When submitting samples via E-mail all samples must be packaged in a .ZIP file.
Additionally, any .ZIP file created must be password-protected (encrypted) using the password "infected" (minus the "") - using the basic or default zipping level - some compression software offers varying degrees. Failure to follow these guidelines will cause your submission to be rejected or ignored.
If you've done that properly an automated response should be received almost immediately, followed by a manual one, usually within 24 - 48 hours.
If you don't receive anything it either means the file was submitted incorrectly or the response is sitting in your Junk or Spam mail folders.
You can also submit your detection by running the 'Getsusp Tool' Simply remember to enter your Email address under 'Preferences' before scanning.
Ignore above - have followed further directions 'to send it to the Threat Center outside of Security Center' - have restored file but ... where does it restore to so that I can zip it etc?
It restores to original location wherever that was i assume
