Hope you all doing well.
I am facing an issue in HDLP 9.4.300 on one of my client site, its a major issue, after installing HDLP, when users trying to access files from Network shared drive or server the process takes long time to open & some times it gets hanged.
As soon as I uninstall the DLP all working well & fine.
I also created exclusion list for HDLP in Quick Heal AntiVirus according to McAfee KB article KB68520, still no improvement.
Please help! its urgent!
