I haven't configured CAC Authentication, what type of issue are you having? Are you getting errors when trying to log in?
Can you still log in with the local admin account?
Thanks for both your responses. After speaking with McAfee Support, it seems that in order for the CAC Authentication to work, FIPS-mode must be enabled during the initial installation of the NSM application.
We enabled FIPS-mode during the initial install of the NSM application on our test server and it worked successfully provided all other steps are completed & other changes are made to the required configuration files listed in the DoD deployment guide for 8.1.19.x.
