    Maximum Email Size Exceeded - Delivered


      Hi All,


      i am new in the MEG environment, i have an issue at hand.


      a user get the following email, "

      Maximum Email Size Exceeded "

      The message body and any attachments have been replaced or removed.

      Your Email has been blocked based on certain rules governing email usage at My Company .
      If your email is legitimate and for business purposes, please forward
      this email to "ME" to have it released.

      when i log in the MEG,  it shows the email has been delivered to " exchange ip"

      when i contact the recipient, they never received the email.

      Can i please be assisted as to why i am getting this confusing on my MEG
