We had one of our MVM scanners get hung up at the OS layer (Windows 2008 R2 64 Bit Standard Edition). The support team has rebooted the server and all the MVM-Foundstone services have restarted properly and scanner is available from the MVM console. However one of scans that was using this engine is in a hung status of "starting at 80%" and the cancel action is (disabled).
Before I get one of our support teams to restart the services, I want to know what the appropriate remediation action is for this issue. If anyone else has experienced this and what they did.
