    VirusScan Version

      I am experiencing a problem after an upgrade from VirusScan 8.0 to 8.5

      All our servers succesfully upgraded from 8.0.x to except for one that only upgraded to 8.5.0

      Under computer properties within the Protection Pilot it is recognised as a server but for some reason a manual update just won't update it any further.

      All servers are running the same Agent version and have the same DAT and Engine versions.

      Do you have any suggestions as to how this problem can be solved?

          Un-install EPO Agent, Then un-install McAfeeAV, Restart server(If Possible, Not really sure this is absolutly nessasry but I have successfully corrected this without reboots before). Reinstall EPO Agent & then McAfee AV.
