I'm pretty sure that Patch 4 was supposed to fix this :confused::confused:
If you look under the policy that you're pushing for VSE85, under "on access general policies", navigate to the reports tab and uncheck "failure to scan encrypted files"
Do report back on if that fixes the issue, please.
Ok, I unchecked that box and pushed it to all my clients... I will report back whether it works or not. :)
