Are you sure you forgot the password? This happened to me and it ended up being that service account used for NT Authentication into the database was locked out. Once I unlocked it I was able to login again. This is only if you use NT Authentication to connect to the DB.
I will ask them. That is very possible. If not I think we are just going to reintall it. I searched around on here some more and found another thread that said there isn't a way to change it without having the origional. Thanks.
its entirely possible that something has gone wrong with the ePO Server,
in the console.log on the remote server, check to see what the HTTP return code is that you get from the ePO Server
if it is HTTP 500, then that is a serverside error, and would suggest that there is something wrong, as opposed to there being anything wrong with the username/password.
the ePO console will give you the same failed message whether the ePO server exists, the username password or the ePO Services are stopped, the console.log is more helpful
All I have is a 200 and a 404. I am searching to see what those mean. Any one have any links to the HTTP responce status code?
