McScript_InUse.exe would be in use if station is installing AV software like VSE or upgrading. Do you have an active deployment task that would account for this?

The error comes once a day and at different times on my computer. I think maybee the users experience it to come more often during a day even though it does not. The deployment task is set to check every hour. I would think the error would come every hour aswell?
the deployment task should try to uninstall or install (or both) an app, this should either happen or not, not start to happen then not complete. you may have it trying to do incompatible things.
what are all the install/uninstall settings you have on your deployment task?
PS. as a start you can remove the tick in apply every policy interval in this task as it just means it tries to run the full task at every policy enforcement interval despite what your time settings are.
