In SQL database search through the ePO database table. It will tell you every single configuration or info set in the ePO.
I am afraid that you need to refer to Mr BillGate. NAI not fully support its technical procedure.
There is a manual about reporting. It can be downloaded at the same location you can download the ePO install files.
If that doesn't help, don't hesitate to contact Primesupport. They should be able to help you with this.
in the past I found this doc 'ePO 2.x_Database_Schema.doc', if someone want I can send it
Hi, please Send me the doc: 'ePO 2.x_Database_Schema.doc' to email@example.com
In enterprise manager, open the ePO database then right click on diagrams. Select new database diagram. Then you can select the tables and see the structure. It should also show the related keys for the tables.
Or you could take the easy option: http://www.reqo.com/products_mepo_oview.shtm
Do you still have this doc?
If so could you email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
or you can upgrade to epo 4.0 which has built in custom reporting that lets you create any obscure report you want with a simple 4 step wizard.
i'm interested in this document if you can send it to email@example.com, I'll be forever grateful
