I see that you are having issues completing your Full Scan whilst this thread discussed a BSOD issue when McAfee is installed. Please start a separate thread and point me there so that I can assist you further.
sahararayne Did you observe if the scan freezes at any particular file. Also check if the PC has pending Windows Updates. PC needs to be Shut Down and Turned ON for installing few critical Windows updates. This is generally identified by a exclamation mark next to the Shut Down button
