If the zip file is not password protected, MEG can do content scanning and file filtering inside of archives. So if you have created a file filter rule for .js files, it will grab them from inside zip files.
Thanks for the response, I though so that the email file filtering policy would check for .js or .exe files in zip archives, however on my case there is a policy in place, however the .js and .exe files are getting through so some reason. Not sure whats wrong there.
