    Systems IPs are not getting updated in ePO console

      Hi,

      It has been noticed that after the new IP schema migration in our organization managed systems IPs are not getting updated in McAfee ePO console.

      Due to that systems are not getting updated and every next morning found in Lost & Found group.

       

      Kindly suggest.

          EPO matches clients on their Agent GUID and MAC address so the systems would not get moved into Lost and Found due to an ip address change. I suspect something is going on with your AD Sync task or other server task that is running a query and deleting the systems which will show back up into Lost and Found once they intiate communication with EPO. (every hour by default)
