How do I allow a sender to send encrypted .zip files to my users

    eknaak

I have a business partner who emails a weekly report which contains an encrypted .zip attachment to approximately 12 of my users. These reports are quarantined because of the attachment. I have added the sender to the allowed list and selected "Bypass Attach. Policy". No dice.

I would like to know how to allow this particular sender to send encrypted .zip files to several of my users. This process should not require administrative intervention (beyond setting it up) and should be seamless to both sender and receivers.

      Thank you.

          Hello eknaak,

If you have added the sender to your inbound policy sender allow list with the bypass attachment policy option enabled and the messages are still being blocked/quarantined, please contact your support team to further investiagte the issue!  A message example (To/From/Date/Subject) will be needed for the investigation.

          Best Regards,
