Can you give more details please, such as operating system, service pack if applicable, version of Internet Explorer installed (matters for the software functionality), and what McAfee software and version do you have installed?
Also do you have any other security software installed, either now or recently?

my os is win 7
i have IE 11
my McAfee software is McAfee antivirus plus via lenovo
I do not have any other software installed in my system
I disabled the windows defender also
