Two paths after you ensure that all other antivirus programs have been removed and done so by their own removal tools.
Uninstall McAfee and reinstall
It seems that you have already ran McAfee Virtual Technician, by your screenshot. By you saying 'Last Update',are you referring to a normal Daily Engine Version, or an update of your 'Versions/Builds? If being the latter, try a 'Restart' and see if that resolves your issue.
Should that not resolve your issue. Please make certain you are up to date with all of your Windows Updates/Add ons. To include Internet Explorer 11,even if it is not your 'Default" Browser. McAfee and other vital services depend on it.

Also make certain no previous Anti-Virus applications are installed.
