You mean here in the Community or in your McAfee software account?
Also what McAfee App exactly and in which operating system?
I'm assuming it's your software download page. It takes about 24 hours for that to filter through the system.
If you have doubts contact Customer Service as they control all that side of things, link below and it's free by phone or online chat.
If it's this website try logging out and back in a couple of times and maybe try rebooting.
