We started rolling out Agent 5.0.0 to our users a couple weeks ago. A fairly large number of them are reporting that Windows Explorer is intermittently crashing on them. Some of them experience the crash after reboot, some intermittently throughout the day. I've upgraded several of them to 5.0.1, but it hasn't improved anything.
I was able to generate a memory dump from explorer.exe after it crashed. Running "!analyze -v -hang" generates the report I've attached to this post. Explorer appears to be hanging on some code in McTrayLegacySupportPlugin32.dll.
I've got a case open, but is anyone else experiencing this issue? And if so, does anyone have a workaround in place?
