    PasswordBox on Safari will not Decrypt my Data


      After running CleanMyMac and then deleting most of the cookies on my Macbook Pro, PasswordBox will not decrypt my data and reinstate my passwords on Safari. I logged in a SR to MacAfee/Intel on 5-28 and a second on 6-1, but have not received any resolution, other than suggesting I go on the Support site and read through hundreds of FAQs which do not apply.


      I have little faith in this product that was supposed to simplify and secure my storage of many username/password combos. Should the recovery be quick and easy? You bet! Should the response be quick and insightful? Absolutely. Where is your CX team, Intel?
