hmm, i don´t know any limitation. The MAC concept is dynamic whitelisting. This means, you have to configure how a system can be changed in the future. This is not so much information which must be distributed by policy.
This should be no problem for the MAC client.
The EPO database can be rise, because the 90000 apps are stored there.
