Take a look in the Agent Log file which can be found at:
You will see the connection attempts in the log using DNS, then IP address.
It might be worth checking that the endpoint can connect to the ePO server using port 443.

I HAVE Server 2012 and windows 8 y 7 client
does the log file i described above exist in C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Common Framework\DB ?
Have you changed anything in your environment?? New Agent Package, new Agent Extension??
And I have not changed anything, from the beginning of wanting to send the customers Mcafee the agent I could not.
