Are you running MWG on VMWare or physical hardware?
If such issues occur you need to take a feedback to gather all information that are required by support to troubleshoot the problem. The feedback can be taken from the UI -> Troubleshooting tab -> Feedback. If the UI is no longer working you can connect via SSH and run the feedback script from command line. Please make sure you create a feedback in case the issue occurs again before you reboot.
We have MWG as physical device.
Yes i do see the feedback option.
I have this option checked
Puase running MWG and create a backtrace.
So this feedback file only support can analyze it?
