I'm not aware of any migration tool or tips in converting Kaspersky to McAfee, but, I would at least put a feeler out to your Sales rep.
It's possible this has been solved by the Sales Engineer force. Otherwise I can only recommend submitting a Product Enhancement Request (PER), which wouldn't help you, unfortunately, but it might turn into a future capability of the software.
