Please follow these guidelines and instructions :What To Do When McAfee Detects Software As An Infection - How to Submit To McAfee Labs & Appeal
All the best,

Moved to the Artemis section and I altered your header to reflect the numbers in case someone from the labs spots this.
You should try to determine whether or not they are malicious. Artemis means that they are suspicious and unknown to the database.
There, you got two for the price of one....;-)
Ooops Guess you can say we are on the same page...Chuckle.
I sent emails to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Artemis detection name of each file.
How can I determine if these files are malicious if I do not know what files are being identified?
I only have obscure names Artemis!8D5E64D00214 and Artemis!2AD94DDF25D3
Go to quarantined Items and expand on the detection, and see if it displays a file. Then upload to VirusTotal to see if anyone else detects it. McAfee is still going to detect them until they suppress them.
Did you get an Analysis ID # ?
This ID is sent practically immediately after you sent the emails but as you appear not to sent the files follow what Peter and Cd suggested and resubmit them after looking in quarantine area and restoring them disable real time scanner for a few minutes while you zip teh files up separately and password protect them as mentioned and email them to McAfee. Re-enable Real time scanning.
