Moved to ePO for faster support.
Cannot open database "ePO4_U-0WVGH08OD6OGG" requested by the login. The login failed.
Looks like there is a reason.
Go to the https://localhost:8443/core/config and validate that your SQL login account still works, save the settings, then try again.
If the test doesn't work, then fix your SQL login issue. Otherwise, see KB52703
