This error is not detailed enough to tell exact problem. From this can be seen that engine is not accepting the uploaded configuration and in more detail rejecting something in inspection configuration.
If you have Grant ID and support contract I'd suggest opening support request as we need to look into the exact configuration installed. I'd like mention that there are also more recent SMC versions available.
I had a similar issue and upgraded to 5.7.4 which fixed the issue
I found that your error is similar to the error descirbed in KB82547.
please check your configuration again to know if something is not correct.
