I work at a Performing Arts Organization, one of the email attachments we deal with frequently are attachments from the Lighting Equipment program Lightwright. The attachments come as .lw5 files, but when they arrive they are being filtered by "the ZIP attachment compressed more than 95%" rule. This causes the item to go into the organizational quarantine and not be delivered to the end user. Whitelisting the sender does not seem to help. Is there any way around this issue?
You can set the policies to bypass this filter. Go to the Attachments tab >> Additional Policies.
