Moved provisionally to ePO for a faster response.
You can get the interactive installer from the file system of your EPO server.
<epo program folder>/DB/Software/current/epoagent3000/Install/0409/framepkg.exe
You can then either bake this into your COE image providing you clear the Agent GUID registry key prior to SysPrep or you can run this exe in the WDS task sequence once the OS has been laid down on the disk. The task sequence option is the route we adopted four years ago and has serverd us well in that time.
We do reference this file on a common network share though, so each time we update our current branch we also replace the network file so each time a machine is built it is deployed the most up to date agent. This was our preferred route rather than baking it into the SysPrep image and would require updating each time.

Thanks Richard the powers that be want it baked in. I appreciate your insight and help Cornell Reese
If it is going to be Baked In then it will be worth making sure the image is correct prior to deployment. You will need to clear the AgentGUID from the Clean system t prevent duplicate systems having the same GUID which needs to be unique per machine.
Page 41 in the Agent Product Guide gives some information here.
But personally this KB56086 has more useful info about which RegKey to delete prior to sysprep.
Thanks again Richard
