Well it tells you how to submit, whether or not you think it's legit. Check the software quarantine folders to see if it's being held there.
Home products, open SecurityCenter > Navigation, scroll down to Quarantined and Trusted Items and expand those areas.
For Enterprise, I can't help.
After your successful submission, you should receive a Confirmation from McAfee Labs, with a Analysis ID #. Due to the large volume of detections on a daily basis ( 150,000 or more). Please allow 4-5 business days to be analyzed/processed. Then kindly post back the Analysis id #, and we can contact someone from McAfee Labs on your behalf. And quite possibly expedite the process.
