The problem is that ive already deleted it from my quarantine! Now what do i do now?
Until the particular File/Program has been Analyzed/Cleared by McAfee Labs. It is most likely going to be detected again, once you attempt to access it. If not, then you are good to go, if you will.
If it is the case it does, you can submit it following those Guidelines in the FAQ.
