You may try running the Latest Getsusp , please remember to add your Email Address under "Preferences" before scanning. If it is Suspicious/Unknown McAfee will add it to the McAfee GTI Data Base. It can be obtained from here:Anti-Spyware/Malware & Hijacker Tools

Some temporary files aren't removable as they are in use by applications. I have literally dozens of those and because they're associated with my Grid Computing mainly, most of them stay for a while and are loicked in place until the application is finished with them. Other software does the same, so don't worry too much when you see an irremovable temp file.
In other places I see that name associated with "PavTube Blu-Ray Video Converter". Do you have that installed on your system? The name format itself appears to be for a browser add-on.
AdwCleaner might be able to remove this.
