    Cannot connect agent to ePO




      I have a system running Windows 7, with McAfee agent 8.8, that I cannot connect to the ePO 4.6 on my network. When I replaced the agent (since it would not connect either), that agent would update from the cloud. But when I try to deploy the agent from the ePO, I get the following message: "Failed to authenticate with remote system, system error: Windows cannot find the network path. Verify that the network path is correct and the destination computer is not busy or turned off. If Windows still cannot find the network path." I have no problem pinging the computer from the ePO server. The firewall is not on. Any ideas as to what I need to do?
