Check the Server task log to see why the update has failed.
Check the orion log too.
I suspect DB is full but will be able to confirm from Orion log. If possible then please share it.
I am agree with hem, and also it seems familiar to me on the similar case with one of my customer.
I am offering you to follow the below mentioned document:
Then you have to check the installed version of your SQL server and review the restriction of space allocated to DB.
Let us know the result,
It was my guess but will be able to confirm from Orion log.
C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Server\Logs
are many logs file name orion.log1, orion.log2, to orion.log9
Please see on following link
My assumption was correct.
2015-01-13 06:13:25,917 ERROR [mfs:pool-2-thread-7] agentmgmt.AgentHandlerStatusTask - Error during agent handler status task
java.sql.SQLException: Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EPOServerEvents' in database 'ePO4_WINDOWS-J5HAO8E' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.
Please follow the suggestion of "M Bagheryan M" to reduce the DB size.
how to mange this ? i cannot upgrade HDD Space on this server. This is a physical server please suggest me possibilities to run continue without upgrade HDD Space..
The only option I can think of
1. Detach DB from the machine.
2. Install sql on remote machine.
3. Reduce DB by purging and shrinking the database.
4. Attach it back to original machine.
